Warning: minor spoilers ahead!

There’s no denying that since it first hit our screens on Oct.  17, Netflix K-drama series Start-Up has been keeping us hooked beyond its feel-good and inspiring storyline.

It also got us fangirling and fanboying over real-life Oppas Nam Joo Hyuk, who plays lead character Nam Do San, and Kim Seon Ho who has gotten many viewers infected with the “second lead syndrome” because of his “good boy” character Han Ji Pyeong.

And of course, there’s K-pop idol-turned-actress Bae Suzy, who portrays Seo Dal Mi, the independent goal-getting woman that the two guys are trying to win over.

On Saturday, Suzy gave her fans reasons to fall in love with Start-Up’s OST, too, with the launch of a song she personally wrote and recorded. Titled My Dear Love, the ballad speaks about Dal Mi’s pure love for an unidentified character in the show.

“You’ve been around for a long time. Do you know how much I loved you?” The lyrics translate in English. “My dear love, my dear love, only one person, only you. You’re the one I’ve been looking at. Keep me in your heart.”

While Suzy did not identify who Dal Mi's dear heart is calling out to, the real giveaway is that the song was first played in episode 14, where Dal Mi travels from Seoul to the isolated house of Do San’s uncle in the province to talk to Do San. How sweet!

Now don’t worry, Team Good Boy, as there is still much to be revealed in the last two episodes of the show streaming on Netflix at 10 p.m. this weekend.

Listen to Bae Suzy’s My Dear Love here:

Start-Up tells the story of Dal Mi’s relentless pursuit of becoming South Korea’s Steve Jobs or Mark Zuckerberg. With engineering genius and Samsan tech founder Do San and big-time capitalist Ji Pyeong, Dal Mi’s tale becomes a journey of twists and turns, with romance, comedy, and life lessons along the way.
