Aespa to perform ‘Next Level’ at Wild Rift SEA Grand Final of ESL Asia Championship 2021

Attention, K-pop gamers! Aespa is set to perform their chart-topping track Next Level at the “League of Legends: Wild Rift Southeast Asia (SEA)” Championship grand finals on Oct. 3.

The WILD Rift SEA Championship is part of the Icon Series, Riot Games’ official mobile esports circuit in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong under its League of Legends: Wild Rift. 

In a statement, Riot Games general manager for Southeast Asia and Taiwan G. Justin Hulog said, “We are now thrilled to announce Aespa’s showcase for the Wild Rift SEA Championship Grand Finals and we hope to continue delighting fans across the region with the highest quality of entertainment.”

Following the announcement, Aespa’s fans expressed their excitement over the girl group’s upcoming performance.

The tournament will be presented by ESL Mobile Challenge, a global esports program aimed to provide opportunities for aspiring gamers to showcase their skills and springboard their esports journey in the booming mobile games market.

Aespa is a four-member K-pop girl group formed by SM Entertainment in 2020. The members include Karina, Giselle, Winter, and Ningning. Each member has their own avatar counterpart, namely ae-Karina, ae-Winter, ae-Giselle, and ae-Ningning which was introduced in their debut teasers.
