Good news, Matilda fans!

Netflix has just dropped the lead single from the soundtrack of its upcoming film adaptation of Matilda the Musical, a play by Tim Minchin and Dennis Kelly based on Roald Dahl's classic 1988 novel.

The single, titled Revolting Children, can now be streamed on several music sites such as Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, Deezer, and Tidal.

In case you haven't seen the original play, Matilda the Musical centers on its titular character Matilda Wormwood, a little girl with astonishing wit, intelligence and psychokinetic powers. While she doesn't get any form of love from her atrocious parents, she receives tremendous amounts of it from her kind school teacher Miss Honey.

However, that doesn't mean that Matilda's life in school is easy as the school's mean headmistress, Miss Trunchbull, despises children and has made it her mission to come up with new punishments for those who don't follow her rules.

The film's album consists of 22 soundtracks, with 12 of them being vocal songs. Revolting Children is performed as an ensemble by the film's cast, which focuses on the school's children rising up and revolting against the cruel Miss Trunchbull.

The original book written by Dahl was adapted as a stage musical by Kelly and was performed in 2010, with its music and songs composed by Minchin. The play has since received acclaim for its musical performances and choreography, winning several awards in the process.

The upcoming film is directed by Matthew Warcus, with Kelly and Minchin returning to helm the screenplay and songs, respectively. It stars Alisha Weir as Matilda, Lashana Lynch as Miss Honey, and Emma Thompson as Miss Trunchbull.

The film will premiere on Netflix and in select theaters on Dec. 25, while the soundtrack is slated for a digital release on Nov. 18.
