BTS in your pocket: Bandai Namco launches TinyTan Tamagotchi
Ready for a dose of 2000s nostalgia with BTS? Bandai Namco has teamed up with the K-pop boy band to create TinyTan Tamagotchi so you can keep an animated version of your bias right in your pocket.
Like your typical Tamagotchi, you have to feed your TinyTan character and play mini-games with them inspired by BTS like DANCE! Dynamite! and Make a Custard Tart!
Depending on how you spend your time with your character, they will change outfits and hairstyles. When you neglect them, their stress barometer will increase, and they will return to the "Magic Door."
Players can befriend TinyTan characters from RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook.
The Tamagotchis are available in purple (inspired by Magic Door) and red (inspired by MIC Drop). There's also a limited edition black TinyTan Hugmy Tamagotchi, an exclusive version that is hugged by a vinyl TinyTan figure.
While there are no updates yet about when the gadgets will be available in the Philippines, hardcore fans can pre-order them via Amazon in the US for $19.99 (around P1,040).
