Looking for something new to watch this weekend and take a break from all the K-Drama series dominating the Top 10 lists?

Check out Adam by Eve: A Live in Animation Film, an ambitious anime project that combines live-action, 3DCD, and 2D animation.

The film tells the story of high school student Aki as she searches for her friend Taki, who disappeared suddenly in front of her eyes. She wanders into a strange world created by the mysterious entity “Hitotsume-sama.” Led by Taki’s voice, she finds a fictional Shibuya that is neither dream nor reality. What lies here?

The experimental film, which dropped on Netflix on Tuesday (March 15), is produced by Genki Kawamura, who also produced Your Name and Weathering With You, and directed by Nobutaka Yoda, who has helmed many works, including trailers and music videos such as We’re Still Underground and Fireworks.

Horror fans can also catch the supernatural film The Unholy starring The Walking Dead's Jeffery Dean Morgan. The film follows a disgraced journalist (played by Morgan) who discovers a series of seemingly divine miracles in a small New England town and uses them to resurrect his career, but the ‘miracles’ may have a much darker source.

Here's a roundup the newest movies and series available on your favorite streamers from March 14 to 20, 2022.
