‘Sinamahan mo ako sa pagkadulas ha?’ Rabiya Mateo reacts to Miss World PH 2021 Tracy Perez’s onstage fall

It was a back-to-back falling incident for Rabiya Mateo and Tracy Maureen Perez.

Even Mateo can’t help but connect her good friend, Miss World Philippines 2021’s onstage fall to her stumbling incident at this year’s Miss Universe Philippines pageant, where she crowned her successor.

After sending her congratulatory message to Perez for her recent win, the MUPh 2020 titleholder wrote in her Instagram stories: “Grabe talaga babe sinamahan mo ako sa pagkadulas ha? Ganun mo ako kamahal!” She concluded her post with peace sign and crown emojis.

Perez is making the rounds online after falling on the MWP stage two times—one before her coronation and another before her first walk as the biggest winner of the night.

The MWP 2021 final night was held on Oct. 3 at the Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center. It has been criticized for the unusual length of its program, which lasted over  six hours. This meant that the candidates wore heels for that whole period, not to mention the rehearsals and run-throughs before the show.
