New movies coming to Philippine cinemas this May 2022
The month of May is kicking off with Marvel Studio's Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The highly anticipated sequel, which stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Stephen Strange and Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff, follows Strange's journey along with allies into the multiverse to face against mysterious new adversaries.
The Doctor Strange sequel also stars Benedict Wong, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Rachel McAdams, who will be back as Wong, Karl Mordo, and Christine Palmer, respectively. Xochitl Gomez has also joined the cast as America Chavez.
After multiple delays, Tom Cruise will finally return to the big screen as Maverick in Top Gun: Maverick.

DC League of Super Pets

In DC League of Super-Pets, Krypto the Super-Dog and Superman are inseparable best friends, sharing the same superpowers and fighting crime in Metropolis side by side. When Superman and the rest of the Justice League are kidnapped, Krypto must convince a rag-tag shelter pack—Ace the hound, PB the potbellied pig, Merton the turtle and Chip the squirrel—to master their own newfound powers and help him rescue the superheroes.
