The inaugural PPOP Convention is shaping up to be a paradise for P-pop stans, and we can’t wait!

P-pop groups SB19, BINI, BGYO, and MNL48 are among the country’s biggest local acts that will perform at the Araneta Coliseum on April 10, as part of the two-day PPOP CONVENTION.

The P-pop con, dubbed as an “ultimate fan gathering and celebration of Filipino Pop or Pinoy Pop culture and music,” will showcase the growing P-pop and Original Pinoy Music (OPM) scene.

The event will kick off on April 9 at the New Frontier Theater, where exciting performances, merchandise fan booths, and other fun activities will be held.

The second day will be held at the New Frontier Theater on April 10 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. A live concert at the Big Dome will be held simultaneously from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Up-and-coming local acts like KAIA, VXON, Alamat, and Press Hit Play will also perform at the concert.

Ticket prices and seat plans have also been released, with prices going from P1,000 for Gen Ad to P5,500 for VIP. The concert will also be streamed online with prices ranging from P900 for online regular to P1,500 for online special.

According to the organizers, ticket-selling starts on Sunday, March 6.

Convention activities have yet to be detailed, as of this writing.
