Around seven years after their disbandment, KARA is coming back with an album to celebrate their 15th anniversary.

According to a Soompi report, a representative from RBW, which is currently under DSP Media, confirmed on Sept. 19 that KARA is preparing for their comeback project slated for a November release.

"KARA will be releasing their 15th debut anniversary album in November. Since they are showcasing their 15th debut anniversary album after gathering together for the first time in a while, we plan on supporting the KARA members so that they can express their feelings of wanting to gift their fans to the fullest," said the source.

In June 2022, the members were seen marking their "15th Kamilia Day" together, sparking rumors that the group was already in talks about releasing a new album.

This will be the group’s first comeback after seven years. Present members Park Gyuri, Han Seung Yeon, and Heo Young Ji—along with former members Nicole and Kang Ji Young—are set to take part in the hotly anticipated project.

KARA officially made their debut in 2007 with Break It under DSP Media. The K-pop girl group is also behind the hit songs Step and Mr.

The group officially announced their split in 2016 when the contracts of then-members Goo Hara, Han Seungyeon, and Park Gyuri expired. They dropped their last album In Love a year before their disbandment.
