Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have reportedly reached an agreement to work out their divorce away from the pulic eye.

Page Six reported that Joe filed a motion to dismiss his petition to end his marriage with Sophie on Thursday, Oct. 12, in Miami. This is after a four-day mediation between the pair and a “temporary agreement regarding child custody."

The temporary custody agreement that will last until Jan. 7, 2024, will let 3-year-old Willa and 1-year-old Delphine spend Thanksgiving with their father and Christmas with their mother.

“After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the US and the UK,” Joe and Sophie told Page Six in a statement.

According to the outlet, the petition documents to dismiss the divorce state that the singer and actress reached “various agreements” and plan to “pursue an amicable resolution of all issues.”

“We look forward to being great co-parents,” the pair stated.

The Jonas Brothers member filed for divorce from the Game of Thrones star in Sept. in Miami court after four years of marriage.

However, Sophie countersued him for the “immediate return” of their daughters to England and then filed for divorce in the UK. The two first agreed to raise their daughters in England, and Sophie accused Joe of withholding their children’s passports.

Joe’s representative addressed this and stated that he did not “abduct” their children and that he was all right with the said agreement.

Meanwhile, Sophie’s UK divorce petition status is not yet determined.
