Filipino-British singer Beabadoobee (real name: Beatrice Kristi Laus) had the time of her life when she became part of Taylor Swift’s Las Vegas concert for her Eras tour.

In an Instagram post on Sunday, March 26, the half-Filipina shared some snaps and videos from her performance as the opening act. “I will never recover from this,” she captioned her IG carousel.

Taylor also dedicated one of her songs to Beabadoobee at the concert. “She said she grew up listening to songs from the first album, and she named a specific song. I figured for her first show with us, I’d play that specific song that she said she wanted to hear. I wrote it for my ninth-grade talent show,” Taylor said onstage before she performed Our Song

Beabadoobee was born in Iloilo and raised in London. She grew up listening to Pinoy music from the likes of Apo Hiking Society, Itchyworms, and Eraserheads. She’s best known for her hit tracks Death Bed (with Canadian rapper Powfu) and Glue Song.

Swift announced The Eras Tour in November last year, describing it as a journey through the musical eras of her career thus far. The ongoing first leg will run from March 18 to Aug. 5 at stadiums across the United States. Swift and her team will announce international dates soon.
