PULP Live World announces the lineup for PH's first K-Pop Halloween party this October

Halloween may be weeks away, but K-pop fans have already a reason to be excited for the spooky season.

On Monday, Sept. 5, PULP Live World announced on social media that the first-ever K-pop Halloween Party is happening this October.

"Spooky has never looked this exciting," they captioned their teaser video.

Their party, titled HALLYUWEEN 2022, will be happening this Oct. 29 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena and will feature six of K-POP’s hottest acts together with P-POP sensation, BGYO. Tickets will be available starting Sept. 25, 12:00 nn.

"It’s all treats (and maybe a few tricks ) from here on out with #HALLYUWEENPH2022," they wrote.

CL 

All hail the Queen! Like her former band member Park Bom, who will return to the Philippines in the same month for another event, CL will perform as one of the leading performers at the Halloween party. Next month will mark CL's return to the country since her visit with the group last 2014.

After the group's disbandment in 2016, CL signed with Konnect Entertainment for her promotions in her home country in 2021. She released her latest single, Chuck, in May this year.

EPIK HIGH 

The renowned K-hip-hop group of Seoul, Epik High, is back in the country after their previous "Epik High Parade" tour last 2015.

The trio comprises members Tablo, Mithra Jin, and DJ Tukutz debuted in 2003 with their studio album Map of the Human Soul. From then on, they became one of the best and most well-respected trio in the industry. Their most recent studio album Epik High Is Here (Part 2) includes the single Gray so Gray, which premiered last February.

PENTAGON

While Pentagon members Hongseok and Hui are currently inactive due to their military service. Still, this concert is an opportunity you can't miss. 

Pentagon debuted with the song Gorilla in 2016. They slowly but steadily rose to fame, especially with their iconic song, Shine, released in 2018. Recently, they came out with a song titled Feelin' Like.

KARD  

Filo-Hidden Kard Unite! One of the few co-ed groups of K-pop, Kard is also coming to the HALLYUWEEN this October.

Debuted in 2016 with their title track Hola Hola, Kard was already making a name for themselves since their pre-debut due to hard-hitting singles such as Oh Nana, Don't Recall, and Rumor.

Last June 22, after fellow members J. Seph had been discharged from the military service, the group announced its comeback track Ring the Alarm.

The event will mark Kard's return to the country in 2018 with their fan meet 'Wild Kard Tour' In Manila. 

GAHO x KAVE  

Korean singer, songwriter, and producer Gaho is coming to Manila together with his co-members from Kave. Members Gaho, Keninu, Ownr, Hyun, and Bengt released their performance Start that marked their beginning. We can't wait to see them live! 

DJ SODA 

DJ Soda, also known by her real name Hwang So-hee, is famously known for being a headliner South Korean DJ for multiple Asian music festivals. She started her career in 2013 but released her debut EP in June 2016 through Warner Music Group. She later joined Starship Entertainment's sub-label 'House of Music' in 2018. DJ Soda also released multiple singles, such as Icy, If I Die, Cold, and many more. Can't wait to be hyped by her this October.

BGYO

And finally, there's BGYO, the only P-pop group joining the Korean acts this October.

After their successful performance with fellow P-pop girl group Bini, Lady Pipay, and K-Pop royalty Red Velvet in the Be You Concert last July, BGYO is gracing the stage once again for HALLYUWEENPH2022. We can't wait!
