Jessy Mendiola and Luis Manzano are the proud parents-to-be of a baby girl!
The celebrity couple shared their intimate gender reveal party in a YouTube vlog, where they were joined by their loved ones during the special celebration.
Jessy wore a sleeveless white dress while Luis donned a pink polo shirt. Before they revealed "Baby Peanut"s gender, Jessy shared that she was expecting their child to be a boy while Luis was Team Girl.
During the festivities, the couple popped a black balloon set to reveal the gender of their child. When pink confetti came out, the room erupted with cheers.
Notably, Luis' mother, Gov. Vilma Santos jumped with joy as she had been hoping for a baby girl for her first grandchild.
After the gender reveal, the parents-to-be took the time to crack a few jokes about their future baby girl.
"Ang bahay di ko lalagyan ng pinto, pader lang para walang makadalaw, walang makapasok. Maarawan siya ng 62 years old," Luis, the jokester of the pair, quipped.
"Wala ka nang buhok!" Jessy replied.
"61 years old," Luis joked again.
Jessy also reminded her viewers and mommies-to-be that it's not about the gender of the baby, but they are just thankful that their child will be healthy and happy. The two revealed that they are expecting a child on Aug. 11 through a vlog and a photoshoot taken in Benguet.
The couple got married in The Farm in San Benito in Batangas on February 2021 after five years of dating.
