Ready to start your own queendom? MUPH has announced the application process for its 2022 edition
The application for Miss Universe Philippines 2022 is officially open!
The organization announced on Feb. 1 that they are looking for someone who can "follow the footsteps of your favorite Miss Universe Philippines queens and start a queendom of your own." They also officially announced the application process for upcoming beauty pageant this year.
Like last year, MUP is accepting applications from women who are at least 18 years of age and under 28 at the time of the MUP pageant. They must also be a Filipino citizen and a Philippine passport holder, and have never been married nor had borne children. And lastly, there is no minimum height requirement.
Beauty queen aspirants may download and fill out this form and send the accomplished copy to [email protected].
The application period will officially close on Feb. 15, 11:59 pm.
Additionally, MUP also announced on Jan. 31 that the finals night will happen on Apr. 30.
Beatrice Luigi Gomez of Cebu City represented the country in the international version of the pageant held in Eliat, Israel held last Dec. 13, 2021. Gomez finished in the Top 5, with India's Harnaaz Sandhu taking home the coveted crown.
