Selena Gomez hints at real relationship status amid dating rumors
If there's one thing that Selena Gomez is adamant about, it's informing everyone that she's still single.
The Calm Down singer showed this to be true in her latest TikTok video where she and her friends were watching soccer players preoccuppied with their match at a public soccer field.
"I'm single!" Selena is seen yelling to the players who appear to be oblivious to her flirtatious move. She adds, "I'm just a little high maintenance, but I'll love you so much."
The 30-year-old star drew laughter from her friends and more so, when she captioned her post with, "The struggle man lol."
Her followers who found the incident funny filled the comments section of her post with words like "Mood," "Same girl," and "The most relatable TikTok I have ever seen."

This comes as the Calm Down singer has been embroiled in dating rumors with fellow musicians Zayn Malik and Andrew Taggart.
Selena and Zayn began sparking dating rumors in March of this year after the two were spotted getting cozy and sharing kisses during a dinner date in New York. Zayn, for his part, has been single since his split with Gigi Hadid in October 2021.
Two months before the rumored couple made rounds online, Selena was linked to Drew Taggart of The Chainsmokers. However, the actress quickly shut down the speculations, writing, "I like being alone too much" with the hashtag #iamsingle in an Instagram Story she later deleted.
The reports came five years since Gomez was in a nine-month relationship with The Weekend in 2017. Before that, the Wizards of Waverly Place star was in an on-and-off relationship with Justin Beiber that began in 2011. The couple split in March 2018.
