There’s no doubt that Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin’s fairytale wedding is the “Wedding of the Century.” 

The intimate affair has been a blissful time for the couple’s loved ones and K-drama fans since Hyun Bin and Ye-jin finally said their I dos. While much of the wedding has been kept under wraps, we’ve managed to score many kilig moments from eagle-eyed insiders, supporters, and Korean media outlets.

Hyun Bin smiled before kissing Ye-jin

Eagle-eyed fans spotted Hyun Bin smiling before kissing Ye-jin during their wedding. We can’t get enough of the actor holding back his grin before pressing his lips to his wife. 

Gong Hyo-jin caught Ye-jin’s bouquet

It’s Okay, That’s Love and When the Camellia Blooms actress Gong Hyo-jin is the lucky receiver of Ye-jin’s wedding bouquet. Both actresses are said to be “best friends” in real life. 

In a Sports Chosun exclusive report, Ye-jin threw her bouquet at the end of the main ceremony and Hyo-jin caught it much to the “applause” of the guests. Her husband “cheered several times” during the heartwarming moment.

Can’t Help Falling in Love was playing during Ye-jin’s wedding march

Ye-jin showed her romantic side as Kina Grannis’ cover of the classic love song Can’t Help Falling in Love was playing as she walked down the aisle. On the other hand, the actress chose Moon River during the wedding rehearsal.

Hyun Bin marched down the aisle with I Was Born to Love You

While Ye-jin’s entrance song was delicate, Hyun Bin went for a rock and roll vibe with Queen’s I Was Born to Love You during his wedding march.

The couple can’t get their eyes off each other

Cue the tears! Eagle-eyed reporters witnessed Hyun Bin and Ye-jin in marital bliss as they can’t keep their eyes off each other during the wedding.

The wedding was hosted by Park Kyung-rim

Hyun Bin and Ye-jin’s wedding was led by popular host Park Kyung-rim who showed her love for the couple. The host reportedly said, “The groom greets the bride. She greets the father-in-law and holds her hand” as the couple walked down the aisle. 

If Kyung-rim’s name rings a bell, you’ve probably seen her hosting the media events of your favorite Netflix series or the tvN show Worldwide Correspondence. 

Gummy, Kim Bum-soo, and Paul Kim sang during the event

Of course, Hyun Bin and Ye-jin’s wedding will feature some of the most iconic singers in the Korean entertainment industry. Korean media outlet OSEN reported that Gummy did her own rendition of IU’s I Will Give You My Heart.

If the song seems familiar, this is the song that was playing when Captain Ri Jeong-hyeok (Hyun Bin) and Yoon Se-ri (Son Ye-jin) exchanged rings in the smash hit K-drama Crash Landing on You. 

The couple paid respect to their parents

Hyun Bin and Ye-jin made sure to show their love to their family on their special day. In a video posted by PICKCON, the actor was seen doing a “full bow” to the actress’ parents. Ye-jin, meanwhile, was hugged by her mother-in-law.

The dinner menu was ‘splendid’

According to Sports Trend, the wedding didn’t scrimp on serving the best food for their guests. 

The menu was a lavish course dinner that includes caviar, sea urchin, five-grain cream soup, Hampyeong beef tenderloin, lobster grill, and truffle potato mash. Fancy!

Ye-jin changed her gown and hairstyle during the reception

Ye-jin reportedly wore two gowns at her wedding, and one of them includes a show-stopping light brown lace dress. She wore a dainty flower crown to complete the look. 

Hyun Bin’s stylist can’t control her excitement

The couple’s wedding might’ve been under wraps, but Hyun Bin’s stylist Kang Yun-ju shared a peek of the intimate affair on her Instagram Stories.

Yun-ju’s snaps showed the wedding invitation with the label “Bin and Jin,” a reference to the couple’s nicknames, and the ceremony’s floral decorations.

Hyun Bin and Ye-jin kept their invitation classy as the white envelope was labeled with their initials “H & Y” and was kept secure with a gold wax seal.

Of course, Ye-jin's fluffy Maltese Kitty was there to witness her mama tying the knot. She was nestled in a warm blanket by the actress' mama during the ceremony.

Was it a wedding or an awards show? 

One of the much-awaited parts of Hyun Bin and Ye-jin’s wedding was the exclusive guest list which felt like an “awards show.” 

Some of the biggest names invited include Goblin actor Gong Yoo, Secret Garden actress Ha Ji-won, and Snowdrop actor Jung Hae-in, among others.

Hyun Bin and Yejin said the sweetest wedding vows

Who’s cutting onions? Hyun Bin and Ye-jin’s wedding vows feel like the script to a perfect K-drama rom-com as they proclaimed their love on their special day.

In a video obtained by a BinJin fan account, the couple was seen smiling at each other as they deliver their wedding vows. “Honey, hello. Today is finally our wedding day, can you believe it,” Ye-jin said in Korean.

“Since we’ve first met, I am thankful for all the moments we’ve shared and cherished and I want to protect them,” Hyun Bin said in Korean, referring to his wife.
