Looks like BLACKPINK is set to collaborate with Lady Gaga once again but this time, in an official cross-national event happening next month.

The K-pop girl group is reportedly performing with Lady Gaga during the state dinner U.S. President Joe Biden is hosting for South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol when the latter visits Washington on April 26.

Shortly after the news began circulating online on March 28, YG Entertainment, released a brief statement, stating that the group has indeed received a request to do an on-stage collaboration with the American music icon for the official event.

“BLACKPINK has been offered to perform with Lady Gaga in commemoration of President Yoon Suk Yeol’s state visit to the United States. We are currently considering [the offer]," YG Entertainment said.

Meanwhile, Yoon's representatives declined to discuss the issue and told South Korean media outlets that "nothing's b been decided yet on that particular cultural event."

If the plans will push through, BLACKPINK and Lady Gaga's state dinner performance would likely fall on the last day of the K-pop group's "Born Pink" tour in Mexico slated for April 26.

Prior to this, BLACKPINK and Lady Gaga collaborated on the song Sour Candy which is part of the American singer-songwriter's Chromatica album released in May 2020.

The K-pop group was recently in the Philippines for their "Born Pink" tour held on March 25 and 26 at the Philippine Sports Arena in Bulacan.
