WATCH: Keke Palmer announces pregnancy during SNL monologue
Keke Palmer is going to be a momma!
The 29-year-old announced the news on Sunday, Dec. 4 during her monologue for Saturday Night Live. “There’s some rumors going around. People have been in my comments saying, ‘Keke’s having a baby,’ ‘Keke’s pregnant,’ and I want to set the record straight: I am!”
“I gotta say though, it is bad when people on the Internet spread rumors about you, y’all, but it’s even worse when they’re correct. I mean, like, I was trying so hard to keep it on the down low, because I got a lot of stuff going on, you know?” she added.
After all, the actress refers to her pregnancy as the “biggest blessing.”
“Honestly, this has been the biggest blessing, and I am so excited. Guys, I’m going to be a mom!” the international star said.
According to a PEOPLE report, Keke is expecting her first child with her boyfriend Darius Jackson. Entertainment site Just Jared reported that they have been dating for over a year.
