Billy Crawford bagged the top prize of the 12th season of Danse avec les Stars—France’s version of dance competition Dancing with the Stars

The Filipino actor and his dance partner Fauve Hautot emerged as the grand winner of the tilt that lasted for 11 weeks. He garnered 53.4% of the votes, getting ahead of Carla Lazzari and Pierre Mauduy.

“Thank you, France. I love you madly,” he said as he held his DALS award. He also dedicated his significant feat to his homeland, the Philippines.

On Instagram, actress Coleen Garcia expressed her pride for her loving husband after his victory. “Words cannot express how proud I am of you, my love! Not just for winning this difficult competition, but for growing into the person you have become: a kind, humble man who works hard, dreams big for his family, shoots for the stars, and makes sure to lift as many people up with him along the way,” she wrote in the caption.

“You are an amazing person, and I am soooo so blessed that our son gets to look up to you and have you as his Dad. You amaze me every time. I love you, and I’m so happy for you! You deserve all of this and more,” added Coleen.

Billy announced his participation in the 12th season of the dance contest in July. He earned consecutive wins prior to his big feat as well as a standing ovation from the judges since its pilot episode that aired in September.

Congratulations, Billy!
