Markus Paterson says Janella Salvador is the ‘best relationship’ he’s ever had
For Markus Paterson, his past relationship with Janella Salvador is the best he’s ever had.
The actor opened up about his previous romance with the Darna star during the recently concluded press conference for his series Teen Clash.
“She’s amazing, she’s the best relationship that I had,” he told the media according to PEP.ph, pointing out that she gave him the “best gift” of his life.
Markus was referring to their son Jude Trevor, who they welcomed in October 2020 in the United Kingdom.
His statement comes less than a year after his controversial stand about not wanting to date someone in showbiz ever again. In a 2022 podcast of Boys After Dark, he said the biggest lesson he’s learned from his past relationships is “to never f—king date someone in the industry.”
After making headlines for the things he said, Markus stressed in the next episode of the same podcast that he respects Janella to the utmost of his ability—“the woman that she’s become, the mother that she’s become.” He also added that he “will love her forever.”
Markus confirmed his split from Janella in September 2022, saying that they ended their romance “almost a year ago” at the time.
