BTS’ Jin rewarded with vacation for winning first place at military talent show
Jin of iconic K-pop group BTS reportedly got rewarded with a vacation when he became the grand winner at the military talent show along with his team.
According to a report by Allkpop, a Korean entertainment news website, a post on an online community shared how the talented singer “taught dance moves to his teammates to make them win first place at the talent show.”
The K-ent source stated that the fun competition was held in celebration of Seollal or Korean New Year, where Koreans take part in different games and enjoy various dishes on top of performing ancestral rites in hanbok (traditional Korean clothing).
Earlier this month, Jin gave his followers an update after completing his military training at the 5th Infantry Division recruit training center. "I'm enjoying my life. I'm posting pictures after getting permission from the military. ARMY, be happy and take care," he wrote.
The BTS member began his duties as a teaching assistant on Jan. 19. His discharge date is on June 12, 2024.
