Angelica Panganiban and her fiance Gregg Homan are asking fans to report fake Facebook profile accounts posing as "The Homans."

In an Instagram Story posted by their official couple account, they shared screenshots of a certain Facebook page posting their YouTube videos and other personal photos through the platform.

"Please be aware that this is a FAKE account," they wrote. "We have absolutely no involvement in its creation. The owner of this page has been taking the content from The Homans' YouTube channel without permission and splicing it to make it appear authentic."

"Unfortunately, the only official account of Mr. Gregg Homan and Ms. Angelica Panganiban on Facebook was taken down," they added

The couple has also been dealing with the matter with help from proper authorities. They are pausing all content uploads until it has been resolved.

This isn't the first time that a local content creator has had their Facebook accounts taken down. In recent weeks, YouTubers Ivana Alawi and Zeinab Harake also aired out that their pages were removed from Meta.

"No violations, no update kung bakit nila tinanggal and bigla nalang nila rinemove," Alawi said in a now-deleted Instagram video. "Wala silang update samin so sana maayos niyo."

"There must be something deeper to this, why are big pages being targeted? Is Facebook even safe for creators and influencers?" she queried.

Meanwhile, Angelica and Gregg have been sharing snippets of their life through their official social media page since 2021. They first met in 2020 when Angelica was working on a series in Subic.

They welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Amila Sabine Homan, this September, They revealed in a recent vlog that they have been engaged for five months now.
